At Winter Court Consulting we like to do things differently. We are an ambitious company that believes the key to long-term success is through building strong relationships and treating people the right way.
So we treat everyone like a grown-up – we give you the freedom to work independently and we don’t micro-manage but we do expect you to take responsibility and provide a first class service to all our clients and candidates.
To help you succeed we provide shiny new equipment and we use the best and most up to date software tools. We understand the importance of continuous personal development – so we provide ongoing coaching, mentoring as well as external training support when needed.
We have a relaxed working environment but we take our interviews very seriously:
We are active networkers and we love to meet new people and learn from them – whether that is in person at events and meetups or virtually via social media. We are not afraid to challenge conventional accepted wisdoms and we enjoy a good debate!
We are a sociable bunch and enjoy regular team events and nights out – the annual Thorpe Park Fright Nights day out is definitely not to be missed!
WCCPinkButtonTemplate137x35 If you are a recruiter looking for a new way of working (permanent or contract –  you get extra brownie points if you already know about Tech recruiting)
We’d also love to hear from you if you have awesome sourcing or recruitment skills but a full time traditional desk bound 9 to 5 job is not right for you – (perhaps you already have a full time job as a parent but still want to work with grown ups occasionally!)
